Turnkey is a much overused buzzword, however it perfectly describes the full
package of services we offer. Although we can provide any elements of a project
individually, our forte is delivering the full project right from inception to
operation. This includes all aspects of design and construction including demolition,
ground improvement works, piling and foundation, structural steelwork, cladding
systems, floors, hygienic insulated wall systems, refrigeration, ventilation,
electrical and mechanical installations, fire protection, office and ancillary
areas fit out, external works etc.
Ideally we begin working with a client right at the point at which they recognise
that their business needs to invest in new or improved facilities. From the outset
the client will begin to benefit from our experience and expertise as we move
the design process forward in a logical and cost effective manner, liasing with
any outside agencies who may require input.
Once the design is finalised we will deal with all the statutory permissions
such as Town and Country Planning, and Building Regulations. The construction
phase is meticulously planned prior to commencement, with all necessary appointments
made to ensure that health and safety obligations are met. Once construction
begins our teams of skilled, experienced and motivated craftsmen and specialist
installers will deliver the finished environment, built to our exacting standards.
All projects are fully commissioned and where required our staff will work alongside the client to provide training in the correct operation and management of new facilities. This is accompanied by the provision of a set of comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals which are developed from the project health and safety file. Throughout this process our client has a single point of responsibility. We will co-ordinate all sub-contractors, suppliers, manufacturers etc. and manage all issues including health and safety, site facilities, programme and financial management. Our aim throughout this process is to make our client’s life easier, and to free them up to get on with running their business.
