Design

The key to any successful construction project is assembling the correct design team, and ensuring that the finished design represents the optimum solution to your business’ needs.

Celsius Projects Limited offers its clients the full range of design professionals and disciplines in one organisation.

Food production facilities are both complex and in many ways unique and it is essential that designs are produced by a team with extensive experience and a thorough understanding of both the regulatory and practical requirements.

We produce all layout, architectural and structural designs in-house and as such can exercise total control over the developing design.  This gives us the opportunity to optimise the designs, and react to changes as the design evolves.

Most food producers have exacting requirements, but it is almost certain we will have met these challenges elsewhere and you can be confident that we can provide a design solution to meet your needs.

We always begin the design process by getting to know your business, your products, procedures and personnel, and developing an understanding of what you want your project to achieve.  The design process is very much a team effort with the client’s involvement welcomed throughout.

By working with Celsius Projects Limited as your total design partner you can also have confidence that the interfaces of the disparate elements will be fully considered, a point which is easily overlooked if the design is contracted to several parties.

We are fully conversant with EC and UK regulations and work fulfilling the role of designer as required by the Construction Design and Management (1996) regulations.
Careful consideration during the design process helps us to run safe construction sites, and to hand to our clients a facility which is both safe to work in, and safe to maintain. Our policy of partnering with clients also ensures that we design for the long term and not to minimum standards.
